Not one but two companies have announced plans to build a replica of the Titanic, to be named the Titanic II based on the original design of shipbuilder Harland & Wolff. One company is based in South Africa, the other is a joint venture between interests in Switzerland and Las Vegas. But so far, no orders appear to be imminent.
