Norwegian Cruise Line kicked off its Black Friday sale on Nov. 5 with 50 percent off all cruises, plus its Free at Sea package, across the fleet and on every itinerary.

The offer covers sailings to nearly 350 destinations, from Alaska and Europe to the Caribbean and the Bahamas, and it also applies to the new ships, the Norwegian Aura and the Norwegian Bella, which debut in 2027 and 2028.

According to the cruise line, Free at Sea is worth more than $2,000 and includes specialty dining, an unlimited open bar, shore excursion credits and Wi-Fi.

For a limited time there are also additional bonus offers as well, like free prepaid gratuities or up to $1,000 off select sailings and staterooms, and kids sail free on select sailings.

Norwegian is also pushing short getaways to first-time cruisers. This includes three- and four-day Bahamas cruises, and pointing to its private island, Great Stirrup Cay, which now has the Great Tides Waterpark, with 19 waterslides and what the line calls the industry’s first cliff jumps, plus the Great Life Lagoon and the adults-only Vibe Shore Club.

Looking ahead, the Norwegian Aura is set to debut in May 2027 and will have Tamara, the line’s first Indian specialty restaurant, as well as the return of the Indulge Food Hall.

Norwegian will have nine ships in the Mediterranean, Greek Isles and Northern Europe next year, and the Norwegian Encore, the Norwegian Joy and the Norwegian Bliss will sail Alaska from Seattle.
