MSC Cruises has opened bookings for its 2029 world cruise, a 119-night voyage aboard the MSC Magnifica that visits 45 destinations in 21 countries, the company said in a press release.
The itinerary has nine overnight calls and 15 included shore excursions, and features a rare circumnavigation of Australia with new calls at Kangaroo Island, Broome and Darwin, plus a new overnight stay in Fremantle/Perth.
The ship then sails on to Indonesia for extended stays in Bali, Lombok and Java, including a new call at Celukan Bawang in north Bali.
Other new ports are Lautoka in Fiji and Timaru in New Zealand, while Milford Sound returns. Overnight stops are also planned in Rio de Janeiro, Ushuaia, Sydney and Singapore.
Guests can join the cruise in early January 2029 from four ports, Civitavecchia (Rome) on Jan. 4, Genoa, Marseille or Barcelona.
The fare includes the 15 excursions and the Dine & Drink beverage package, along with a 30 percent discount on laundry services.
MSC Voyagers Club members at Classic level and above get 5 percent off the booking price, and members also earn triple points on world cruise bookings made until Nov. 19 as part of a sales opening offer.
