Mein Schiff has announced a special edition of the “One of everything, please! More of it!” podcast in collaboration with the gourmet guide Genuss-Guide Hamburg.

The first episode, released on October 22, features Denis Wiechert, vice president of product management & guest experience at TUI Cruises, and gourmet guide publisher Tanya Kumst.

The duo will speak with guests from the gastronomy and cruise industries about the cuisine onboard the Mein Schiff fleet.

The special edition kicks off with a conversation with Wiechert, who shares insights into his career path and passion for culinary arts and reveals what listeners can look forward to in future episodes.

Among the guests on this special podcast edition is chef Cornelia Poletto, who will be accompanying a cruise to the Caribbean aboard Mein Schiff Flow on January 22, 2027.

The cruise line said in a press release that the idea for a joint podcast series with the Hamburg culinary guide arose from the desire to introduce guests and culinary enthusiasts to the diverse facets of the onboard dining experience.

The two have been partners since 2025.

“One of everything, please! More of it!” hosts personalities from the gastronomy industry to discuss culinary topics, trends, sustainability and social developments.

Running since late 2020, it explores topics ranging from gastronomic concepts and culinary trends to the logistics behind supplying the fleet and the role that enjoyment plays in the travel experience.
