Carnival Cruise Line is rolling out its new dining menu to more ships, according to an update shared by Brand Ambassador John Heald.
In a social media post, Heald said six additional ships are introducing the new menus starting in October.
Introduced earlier this year, the new dish selection is already available in the main dining rooms of 18 of the company’s vessels.
The Carnival Elation and the Carnival Valor were the first to introduce the menu this month, debuting the new options on Oct. 17, 2026.
Sailing to the Caribbean from PortMiami, the Carnival Horizon followed suit starting with the Oct. 18, 2026, sailing.
Three additional vessels will debut the new menu this year, starting with the Carnival Paradise on Nov. 5 and the Carnival Freedom on Nov. 7.
The Carnival Legend is also scheduled to debut the new dining room selection starting with the Nov. 19, 2026, cruise.
“Personally, I love the new dinner menus,” Heald said in his update, noting that, while food is subject to personal preferences, the new selection has been “brilliantly received and tremendously enjoyed by so many.”
“I would love to share with you what our culinary team has as their per person per day food budget to spend,” he continued.
“Obviously I can’t but, if I did, I think most of you would be gobsmacked at what that dollar figure is and how they manage to provide such a huge variety of excellent food choices for thousands of us to enjoy every day,” Heald added.
Carnival will also bring the new menu to its Australia-based ships, he said, noting that a date for the rollout is currently being decided. The Carnival Firenze and the Carnival Radiance will also introduce the new selection at a later date.
