Caissa Tourism will operate two chartered sailings on Adora Cruises’ Mediterranea from Qingdao on October 20 and October 24.
Both sailings will feature a five-day itinerary sailing roundtrip from Qingdao and calling atFukuoka and Jeju.
The cruises are framed as part of a “cruise + island + old town” land-sea linkage in Qingdao.
The operator said it will connect the sailings with the Dabaodao historic district and Xiaoguan Island resort products, allowing passengers to extend stays in the city rather than transiting straight through the port.
Caissa said that for the two Qingdao sailings, it designed three shore excursion packages, labelled A, B and C. They offer standard sightseeing, cultural-depth tours and longer free-time options inFukuoka and Jeju.
In the first half of 2026, Qingdao handled 18 cruise calls and approximately 40,000 passenger movements, according to Shandong Port Group data.
The Qingdao International Cruise Port Zone has been building out a “one-core, multi-chain, one-ticket” framework where cruise tickets are linked to city-wide merchant discounts, cultural tours and transport access.
The city’s “ticket stub economy” platform lets cruise passengers upload their boarding pass to receive coupons across roughly 800 participating merchants, covering scenic spots, hotels, dining and retail.
