Silversea has introduced four distinct categories for its 17 suite types.
The new categories will provide their own set of comforts, with every suite continuing to include Silversea’s benefits, while Residence and Villa guests will also get new benefits, according to a company statement.
Guests can book under the new suite categories beginning September 16, 2026, with the enhanced benefits and inclusions starting to apply to sailings departing on or after January 1, 2027.
“Guests choose to sail with Silversea time and time again for the intimacy of our ships and the personal attention that comes with it,” said Bert Hernandez, president, Silversea.
“Our new suite categories let us build directly on that foundation. Whether that’s with early access to spa and dining reservations or dedicated time with the ship’s head sommelier – we’re strengthening the personalized service that has always defined Silversea, while maintaining and expanding on the inclusions guests know and love.”
The new categories are:
- Oceanview Category: Panorama and Vista suites, featuring large windows with expansive ocean views.
- Veranda Category: Premium Veranda, Deluxe Veranda, Superior Veranda, Classic Veranda and Veranda suites, each with a private balcony extending the living space outdoors.
- Residence Category: Junior Grand, Signature, Silver, Premium Medallion and Medallion suites, offering separate bedroom and living spaces for guests seeking additional room.
- Villa Category: Otium, Master, Owner’s, Grand and Royal suites, the brand’s most expansive accommodations, with generous living spaces and large terraces.
Oceanview and Veranda guests will continue to enjoy the personalized, all-inclusive service standard offered across all Silversea suites, the company noted.
Residence guests will also get an expanded set of benefits, including priority embarkation for guests on Classic voyages and early access to spa treatment and dining reservations (210 and 150 days before a voyage, respectively).
Within Villa, the Residence Category plus will include benefits including priority embarkation on Classic Voyages, early suite access and a welcome escort; experiences such as a chef-selected in-suite dining experience; continued access to dining, beverages and onboard spaces on the final day at select debarkation ports on Classic Voyages; flexible Zodiac departures on expeditions, and more.
