Margaritaville at Sea has introduced new benefits for members of its Casino Players Club.
Bookable now for sailings beginning Oct. 1, the enhancements build on the four-tier Casino Players Club introduced in 2025.
The program rewards members across Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels with an escalating lineup of casino, cruise and onboard benefits.
The Casino Players Club also makes it easier for established casino players to experience Margaritaville at Sea for the first time through its Casino Offer Match program, the cruise line noted.
Thanks to this, qualified players can submit an existing casino offer from another cruise line or land-based casino for consideration, allowing the company to recognize their established casino value from the start rather than requiring them to begin from scratch.
“Whether someone has been playing with us for years or is considering Margaritaville at Sea for the first time, we want them to feel recognized and rewarded,” said David Gromak, vice president and head of gaming at Margaritaville at Sea.
“Our Casino Offer Match program gives established players an easy way to experience Margaritaville at Sea for the first time, while these new benefits give our most loyal players even more value throughout their vacation, both inside and outside the casino.”
The newly introduced benefits include:
- Personalized stateroom welcome gift – Gold and Platinum members receive a special welcome amenity upon arrival.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi – Gold members receive a Basic Wi-Fi package, while Platinum members receive a Premium Wi-Fi package.
- Personal VIP host service – Platinum members receive dedicated host service for a more personalized onboard experience.
- Annual platinum players dinner and event – An exclusive annual experience created specifically for Platinum members.
- Sail with friends – Platinum members can receive an additional oceanview stateroom for two guests, extending the getaway to friends or family.
- Complimentary laundry service – Platinum members receive complimentary laundry service during their sailing.
- Complimentary room service – Platinum members receive complimentary room service during their sailing.
This complements existing Casino Players Club benefits for Silver, Gold and Platinum members, such as up to $100 per sailing in spa, shore excursion or arcade credits, as well as complimentary cruise fares for the player and up to three guests.
Additional tier-based rewards include complimentary beverage and dining packages, VIP check-in and disembarkation, priority theater seating, complimentary drinks while playing, free-play offers and access to exclusive casino promotions and events.
