National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has offered travelers an air credit of up to $2,000 per person on select 2027 expeditions.
The offer applies to qualifying bookings made between September 15 and November 4, 2026, when flights are booked through the Lindblad Expeditions Air Department.
In a press release, the company said the offer makes the world’s most remote destinations more accessible as airfare costs continue to rise.
Air must be booked through Lindblad Expeditions. Voyages may be booked online; however, travelers must call Lindblad Air to apply the $2,000 air credit to a Lindblad Expeditions–ticketed flight.
Eligible 2027 voyages include the following:
Svalbard: In Search of Iconic Arctic Wildlife
The cruise sails to the high Arctic Archipelago of Svalbard. The archipelago offers hikes with artful, sculptural arrangements of whale bones on pebbled beaches and the ghostly remains of trappers’ huts.
Antarctica Direct: Fly the Drake Passage
Guests will bypass the traditional Drake Passage crossing with a two-hour flight to and from Antarctica and discover towering ice, wildlife and landscapes that can change with the weather and sea ice.
Coastal Japan: Imperial Dynasties and Modern Culture
Travelers will explore iconic Japanese gardens, samurai castles and the art-filled island of Naoshima, tracing Asia’s rich heritage from Korea’s UNESCO-listed Gyeongju ruins to the living historic traditions of Kyoto’s geisha culture.
Fabled Lands of the North: Greenland to Newfoundland
Guests will explore Western Greenland’s coastline, from Sisimiut to Ilulissat in UNESCO-listed Disko Bay.
Pearls of the Pacific: The Society and Tuamotu Islands
Guests will experience French Polynesia, the Tuamotu Archipelago and Fakarava, whose reefs and other habitats are protected by UNESCO.
Celtic Coasts and Iberian Shores: Voyage from Edinburgh to Lisbon
Explore medieval strongholds, maritime heritage, the rugged beauty of Brittany and the Celtic echoes of Galicia on a coastal expedition from Edinburgh to Lisbon, while savoring the flavors of Cornwall and Porto and witnessing the dramatic landscapes that have shaped centuries of exploration.
Patagonia: Chilean Fjords and Argentina’s Staten Island
Guests will discover the fjords, glaciers and panoramic vistas of Chilean Patagonia.
They will venture by Zodiac and kayak to explore Chile’s coastline, hike on shore and watch for wildlife.
Naturalists, cultural specialists, and certified photo instructors lead all voyages.
The company stated that on select departures, National Geographic photographers and Expedition experts join the voyages.
