Adora Cruises has announced that it will introduce family themed cabins aboard the Adora Flora City, which is scheduled for delivery on November 6. Bookings for the cruise are now open.
The cabins aim to create an immersive, interactive space for families and will feature customized door signs and themed exterior decor.
The ship will also offer an exclusive activity for the new cabins, giving young guests the chance to meet senior officers on the bridge and to learn about sailing.
The company said in a press release that Captain Adora, Adora Cruises’ “Chief Happiness Navigator,” will take center stage, taking young guests on a nautical adventure while dressed in uniform when they board.
Guests boarding the cabins will benefit from exclusive family entertainment programs such as a behind-the-scenes tour, as well as access to specialty restaurants and the Adora Sea Market.
After the cruise, young guests will receive a Captain Adora plush toy, card holder and toiletry set.
During the voyage, children can learn about flowers from around the world through activities. Families can also join a workshop centered on the cultural tradition of the twelve-monthly flowers to create their own flower-themed calendars.
The ship also offers an onboard children’s club with activities for young guests.
In addition, the Lion Cub Camp will feature activities such as an African drum rhythm workshop, lion hand puppets, face painting, lion-head crafts and a lion cub parade.
