The Spirit of Adventure is currently offering a 17-night cruise to the Western Mediterranean for Saga Cruises.
Sailing roundtrip from the United Kingdom, the “Tales of the Mediterranean” voyage visits five countries and is one of the highlights of the company’s late summer schedule.
After departing from Dover, the cruise included a visit to Lisbon in Portugal before crossing the Strait of Gibraltar and arriving in the Mediterranean.
The Spirit of Adventure then visited Minorca in Spain’s Balearic Islands and Alghero on the Italian island of Sardinia.
The itinerary is now set to visit additional ports of call in Italy, including Portoferraio and La Spezia, before sailing to Ajaccio in Corsica.
On its way back to the United Kingdom, the 999-passenger ship is also scheduled to visit Almeria and Gibraltar.
The cruise is then set to end in Portsmouth on September 5, 2026.
Continuing its summer schedule, the Spirit of Adventure will offer itineraries to the British Isles and Scandinavia.
In late September, the 2020-built vessel will also offer a 16-night voyage to the Mediterranean that sails to Spain, Morocco, France and Monaco.
The ship’s fall program is highlighted by a 25-night cruise scheduled to depart from Portsmouth in late October.
The “Captain Tanner’s Mystery Cruise” will sail roundtrip from the British port, with destinations and ports of call set to be revealed to guests day by day.
According to Saga, the voyage was designed for those who enjoy fun and adventure, with Captain Kim Tanner at the helm.
The voyage will also feature a host of onboard activities created to add to the intrigue, along with included shore excursions at every stop.
The Mystery Cruise is expected to include at least one new port of call for the company.
