Nicko Cruises has announced an exclusive two-day gourmet cruise this fall with Michelin-starred chef Fritz Benson aboard the nickoSPIRIT.

Presented by YouDinner, Germany’s exclusive dinner club, the cruise will sail roundtrip from Frankfurt November 27–28, 2026.

Benson, who is the head chef at the Michelin-star Theodor’s Restaurant in Bonn, will prepare a five-course menu paired with wine especially for the occasion, while his sister Jana will lead the evening as hostess together with her service team.

As part of the event, guests will also have the opportunity to experience the chef up close and learn more about his personal cooking philosophy and inspirations.

The event will start with a reception and aperitif as well as a greeting from the kitchen from 6 p.m.

The ship will then set sail from Frankfurt, before Benson and his team present their culinary creations in the restaurant offering panoramic views of Frankfurt.

After dinner, guests can enjoy a relaxing evening taking in the passing landscape. The following morning, they can look forward to a rich breakfast buffet before they disembark in Frankfurt.

As part of an early bird special, guests who book up to and including October 15, 2026, will get a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift in the cabin.
