“Grand Voyages,” an original cruise-focused travel documentary series developed by Media Sparks Entertainment, has launched on Amazon Prime.
The series takes viewers behind the scenes to give them an inside look into how global ocean, river, yacht and expedition journeys come to life.
The three-episode Season One launched August 1, 2026, and is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video in the United States and United Kingdom.
“We wanted to innovate on the traditional cruise travel series to give viewers an immersive experience – everything from the destinations to the ships to the hard work, dedication and thoughtfulness that goes into each journey,” said series co-creator and producer Stacey Parks.
“Season One just launched and we’re already at work on Season 2, expanding the scope of the series to include yachts and expeditions. We’re excited to bring viewers along on all of these truly spectacular voyages.”
Created and produced by Stacey Parks and Jennifer Scully, the series pairs destination storytelling across some of the world’s most iconic ships and waterways with access below deck.
Season One includes three episodes:
- Episode 1 – “Slow Traveling Venice”: The series shows viewers a new way to see Venice aboard Uniworld’s La Venezia.
- Episode 2 – “Norwegian Fjords”: The journey continues aboard Holland America Line’s Rotterdam sailing through Norway’s fjords.
- Episode 3 – “Riverside Ravel”: Season One closes along France’s Rhône and Saône rivers onboard the Riverside Ravel.
Season two, which is in production and scheduled to debut in the fourth quarter of 2026, is set to follow the Windstar Legend in Portugal, Spain and France and Roald Amundsen on a journey through Alaska’s Inside Passage.
