Windstar Cruises has announced two new Mystery Cruises for 2027 ahead of the 2026 edition aboard the Star Legend in fall, for which spaces are still available to book.
Sailing from Barcelona along the Spanish coast and concluding in Málaga, the 2026 Spanish Mystery Cruise takes place November 4–12, 2026, and guests are given a clue to the identity of each port some 36 hours before the visit.
A special discovery event will also be offered as a signature Windstar experience, the cruise line said in a statement.
“One thing I’ve learned about our guests is they’re wonderfully comfortable with the unexpected. They don’t just want to revisit the places everyone knows. They love the thrill of discovering somewhere new,” said Chris Prelog, president of Windstar Cruises.
“That’s exactly why these Mystery Cruises have struck such a chord. Our first sailing in the Mediterranean was one of the most enjoyable trips I’ve ever hosted, and the Caribbean edition sold out just as quickly. So it felt only natural to keep the mystery alive. There are still plenty of remarkable places waiting to surprise us, and that’s half the fun.”
Two additional Mystery Cruises in 2027 are:
- 2027 Northern Europe Mystery Cruise | April 15–22, 2027 | Star Pride | London (HMS Belfast) to Amsterdam
This seven-night cruise starts in London with a sail under Tower Bridge. After that, it features a mix of cultural capitals and smaller harbors, before concluding in Amsterdam, timed for the city’s tulip season.
- 2027 Japan Mystery Cruises | September 14–25, 2027 | Star Seeker | Sapporo (Otaru), Hokkaido to Osaka (Kyoto)
This 11-night cruise begins in Japan’s northern frontier of Hokkaido and concludes in Osaka, gateway to Kyoto, after days of surprise and a brand-new Destination Discovery Event.
The cruise line also launched its limited-time offer, More Reasons to Say Yes, available on new bookings made between July 1 and November 17, 2026.
The promo combines a complimentary All-Inclusive upgrade worth more than $1,300 for two guests on a seven-night voyage, a reduced $300 per stateroom deposit and additional loyalty savings for Yacht Club Members.
