Silversea is launching golf-focused itineraries in 2027 and 2028 in partnership with PerryGolf.
The cruise line’s golf packages will include access to courses and practice facilities, dining options, transfers and a one-day friendly tournament with awards at the end, among other things. Guests can bring their own golf clubs or rent them.
Silversea noted that these initial voyages mark the beginning of a broader PerryGolf collection, with additional 2028 golf voyages expected to be announced soon.
“Silversea is built on giving guests access to experiences that go beyond what most travel can offer,” said Bert Hernandez, president, Silversea.
“Our partnership with PerryGolf extends that standard to golf – placing guests on some of the world’s most celebrated courses, with every detail managed and every comfort included. This is what Silversea does best – removing the barriers between our guests and the experiences they care about most.”
Alex Shattuck, CEO, PerryGolf, added that his company has spent nearly three decades creating golf cruise experiences in the world’s great golf destinations.
“This partnership with Silversea allows us to bring that expertise to an even more elevated setting, combining the ease and comfort of luxury ocean travel with access to some of the game’s most revered courses. From the British Isles to the Mediterranean and the South Pacific, these voyages are designed for travelers who want the golf to be every bit as memorable as the journey itself,” he noted.
Guests will be able to play at various golf courses worldwide, including Royal Liverpool Golf Club, England; Castle Stuart Golf Links, Scotland; Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, Spain; Tasmania Golf Club, Australia; Royal Wellington Golf Club, New Zealand, and more.
