MSC Cruises is deploying eight ships in Europe for the 2027-28 winter season, according to its published schedule.
In addition to six vessels in the Mediterranean, the company will also offer winter cruises in Northern Europe and the Canary Islands.
Five ships are currently set to offer winter cruises in the Western Mediterranean, including the new MSC World Asia.
Scheduled to debut later this year, the LNG-powered vessel will continue its year-round operations in the region with seven-night cruises to Spain, France, Italy and Malta.
The MSC Euribia is also set to offer a season in the Western Mediterranean, along with the MSC Lirica. The ships offer different seven-night itineraries that sail to a range of ports in Spain, France, Italy and Tunisia.
For the first time, the MSC Seaview is also set to spend the winter sailing in the Western Mediterranean, offering cruises to Italy, Spain, France and Malta. Notably, the schedule of the 2018-built vessel currently includes a 64-day gap between mid-January and late March 2028.
Completing the company’s lineup in the Western Mediterranean, the MSC Magnifica offers ten-night winter cruises in the region before embarking on its world cruise in early 2028.
A sixth vessel, the MSC Orchestra, is scheduled to offer itineraries in the Eastern Mediterranean, sailing to Italy, Turkey and Greece.
MSC is also deploying the MSC Preziosa in Northern Europe for the 2027-28 season, with itineraries to destinations in England, France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
The company will also offer a full season in the Canary Islands and Madeira onboard the MSC Fantasia, which will offer seven-night cruises featuring visits to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Arrecife de Lanzarote, Funchal and more.
With the addition of the MSC World Atlantic in late 2027, the MSC Cruises fleet will include 25 ships for the 2027-28 winter season.
Beyond Europe, the company’s ships are scheduled to sail in the Caribbean, South America, Asia, South Africa, and the Middle East between late 2027 and early 2028.
