Disney Ships in Port Everglades

The Disney Cruise Line’s reservation system will be temporarily unavailable in early July, according to an update on the company’s website.

According to the statement, the booking engine will be offline due to planned maintenance that will start at 4 AM (EDT) on July 9, 2026. The system will remain unavailable through 4 AM (EDT) on July 10, 2026.

“During this time, guests will not be able to make or access a reservation online or through our contact center,” Disney explained.

Other services, including online check-in, cruise activity and port adventure bookings, will also be unavailable during that time.

Disney said that passengers with final payments or deposits due during this period will have until July 11, 2026, at 10 PM (EDT) to make their payment.
