A Look at the Maiden Season for Aman at Sea

Amangati

Aman is entering the cruise industry in 2027 with the debut of its first cruise ship, which is currently under construction at the T. Mariotti shipyard in Italy.

Sailing for the Aman at Sea brand the Amangati will offer itineraries in the Mediterranean before repositioning to the Caribbean.

First Cruise

Itinerary: Ibiza, Barcelona and Palamós (Spain); Marseille and Saint-Tropez (France)

According to Aman at Sea’s published deployment, the Amangati will debut in May 2027 with a six-night cruise in the Western Mediterranean departing from Palma de Mallorca.

Sailing to Spain and France, the itinerary features visits to six destinations, including Ibiza, Saint-Tropez and Palamós. Before arriving in Nice, the 94-passenger ship is also scheduled to sail to Barcelona and Marseille.

Sicily & Adriatic
Date: July 22, 2027

Homeports: Catania (Italy) to Dubrovnik (Croatia)
Itinerary: Kotor (Montenegro); Taormina, Crotone, Gallipoli and Otranto (Italy)

After initially sailing in the Western Mediterranean, the Amangati is set to reposition to the Adriatic in late July.

This open-jaw cruise sails between Catania in Italy’s Sicily before ending in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The seven-night itinerary is highlighted by visits to destinations in Puglia and Montenegro, including Crotone, Gallipoli and Otranto.

The Greek Islands

Homeports: Corfu to Piraeus (Greece)
Itinerary: Zakynthos, Katakolon, Kalamata, Monemvasia, Milos and Hydra (Greece)

The Amangati will later sail in the Aegean, with a series of itineraries to the Greek Islands and other nearby destinations.

For its first cruise in the region, the vessel will offer a seven-night voyage that visits eight ports in Greece, including Zakynthos, Katakolon and Kalamata. Sailing from Corfu to Piraeus, the itinerary also stops in Monemvasia, Milos and Hydra.

Western Mediterranean
Date: October 24, 2027
Length: 8 nights
Homeports: Palermo (Italy) to Marseille (France)
Itinerary: Messina, Naples, Civitavecchia, Viareggio and Genoa (Italy); Monte Carlo (Monaco); and Nice (France)

Ahead of repositioning to the Caribbean, the Amangati returns to the Western Mediterranean for a short fall season.

The schedule includes an eight-night cruise from Palermo to Marseille which is highlighted by visits to destinations in Italy, Monaco and France, including Messina, Viareggio, Monte Carlo and Nice.

Caribbean Debut
Date: November 21, 2027
Length: 7 nights
Homeport: Saint John’s (Antigua and Barbuda)
Itinerary: Barbuda (Antigua and Barbuda); Gustavia (Saint Barthélemy); Jost van Dyke and Virgin Gorda (British Virgin Islands); Philipsburg (St. Maarten); and Basseterre (St. Kitts and Nevis)

For its first cruise in the Caribbean, the Amangati offers a seven-night yachting itinerary in the Leeward Islands, sailing roundtrip from Antigua.

In addition to traditional ports of call in the region, including St. Kitts and St. Maarten, the cruise is also scheduled to sail to Barbuda, Saint Barthélemy, Jost van Dyke and more.

The Dutch Caribbean
Date: December 20, 2027
Length: 6 nights
Homeports: Oranjestad (Aruba) to Bridgetown (Barbados)
Itinerary: Willemstad (Curaçao); Kralendijk (Bonaire); Saint George’s (Grenada); and Tobago Cays (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines)

The Amangati is also offering itineraries to the Dutch Caribbean, including this six-night cruise that sails in the region over the 2027 holidays.

After departing from Aruba, the open-jaw voyage is scheduled to sail to ports in Curaçao, Bonaire, Grenada and Saint Vincent before arriving in Bridgetown, Barbados.
