Virgin Red has launched a new Virgin Voyages Bar Tab redemption offer, giving members more ways to use their points across the Virgin family.

From today, Virgin Red members can redeem 40,000 Virgin Points for a $300 Bar Tab to spend onboard a Virgin Voyages sailing, the company said in a statement.

The offer is for a limited time and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or credit. Bar tab credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The bar tab can be used across a range of premium drinks onboard, from Virgin Voyages’ signature Shake for Champagne feature to cocktails by the pool, specialty coffees and more.

The company said that whether guests are saving towards a reward flight, treating themselves to a weekend away, booking an experience, or enjoying cocktails by the pool at sea, members can choose the rewards that matter more to them.

Members can also use their Virgin Points towards Virgin Voyages reward sailings, with June departures currently available from 175,000 points for a New York-to-Bermuda voyage and 230,000 points for a seven-night Mediterranean voyage.
