Riviera Launches Agent Support Desk on Riviera Explorer

Riviera Explorer Support Desk

Riviera Travel has announced the launch of a Support Desk feature within its travel advisor learning platform, Riviera Explorer.

The new support function provides travel advisors with a faster, easier way to receive assistance with bookings, platform support, incentives and general trade-related questions all within one central hub, the company said.

“Riviera Explorer continues to be an essential tool for our trade partners,” said Stuart Milan, president of North America for Riviera Travel.

“With the addition of the Support Desk, we’re strengthening the experience even further, ensuring advisors have the tools, information and support they need in one intuitive place, while also continuing to evolve our learning modules to reflect new product updates and incentive opportunities,” added Milan.

The Support Desk is accessible via the Support section in the main Riviera Explorer navigation.

Riviera said in a press release that its new Support Desk allows advisors to resolve common questions through a streamlined, self-service experience quickly.

By bringing FAQs, platform guidance, training materials, and direct support options together in one convenient location, advisors can spend less time searching for information and more time focusing on sales and client service.

The support desk also provides a single access point for a wide range of support needs, including help with bookings and customer requests, assistance with Riviera Explorer login, training resources and incentive-related questions.

According to the company, advisors are guided through a step-by-step process to connect with the right support resources quickly.

They select whether they need help with river, yacht, ocean or solo cruising, and then choose the support category most relevant to their question.

This guided approach ensures advisors are directed to the most relevant information or support channel in fewer steps, helping them resolve questions efficiently and maintain momentum throughout the sales process, the company added.
