P&O Cruises announced that it will continue to be the Official Front of Shirt Partner for Southampton Football Club for the upcoming 2026-27 football season.

“P&O Cruises is deeply rooted in Southampton, our home port city and its community. We recognize both the challenges and the triumphs that have defined its football club in recent weeks,” said Carnival UK & P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow.

“Throughout this period, the team, at the most senior level, has openly acknowledged these issues and expressed sincere apologies. We believe that facing adversity with honesty and integrity is the mark of true sportsmanship and it is important to us to continue showing steadfast support for the Saints during this pivotal time.”

The cruise line announced its multi-year partnership with Southampton FC in 2024, when it was described as its first venture into sports sponsorship.

Ludlow noted that the partnership is not just a logo on a shirt, but a symbol of the cruise line’s continued commitment to the people of Southampton and to fostering positive change on and off the pitch.

The company will continue supporting the women’s and youth teams and also Saints Foundation, whose work empowers individuals across the local community, Ludlow added.
