Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has presented its new Autumn/Winter 2027 program.
It features 20 sailings departing between October and December 2027, allowing guests to see the Northern Lights in Arctic Norway, explore Morocco and the Mediterranean, or enjoy a festive escape, from Christmas markets to Caribbean island-hopping.
It includes four maiden calls for the cruise line, including the Sicilian port of Milazzo, Taranto and Golfo Aranci, Italy, and Alanya, Turkey, Fred. Olsen said in a statement.
Martin Lister, head of product innovation at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, who plans the new cruise programs, described the program as exciting.
“From the UK you can soak up the cultural wonders of Morocco or explore some of Europe’s most iconic landmarks, from Rome’s Colosseum to Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. There’s a shorter-than-usual cruise to Northern Norway going in search of the Northern Lights, a five-night Mystery Cruise for something a little different, as well as a longer voyage to enjoy the warmth of the Caribbean in winter,” said Lister.
“Our Mediterranean fly-cruises, driven by strong demand, take guests straight to the destination, with more time ashore to explore regions such as the Greek Islands, Italy, Croatia and the French and Turkish Rivieras, including an itinerary visiting six islands in just 10 nights. And as the program spans the festive season, guests can also look forward to the magic of Christmas, from traditional markets to celebrating the season in the Caribbean.”

Spain, Morocco and Portugal Discovery cruise (October 2, 2027)
Sailing roundtrip from Newcastle, the 15-night cruise calls at destinations such as La Coruña, Spain; Tangier, Morocco; Gibraltar, and Honfleur, France. Prices start from £1,599 per person.
In Search of the Northern Lights cruise (November 7, 2027)
Sailing roundtrip from Southampton, the 11-night cruise visits the Seven Sisters Mountain Range, in Norway, crosses the Arctic Circle and visits other destinations in Norway. Prices start from £1,199 per person.
Icons of the Mediterranean cruise (November 18, 2027)
Sailing roundtrip from Southampton, this 16-night sailing gives guests a chance to visit Gibraltar, Barcelona, Ajaccio, Lisbon and other Mediterranean destinations. Prices start from £1,599 per person.
Caribbean Christmas Island Hopping cruise (December 4, 2027)
Sailing roundtrip from Southampton, this 33-night cruise allows guests to go destinations including Tenerife, Barbados, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Tortola, St Maarten and Madeira before returning to Southampton. Prices start from £3,999 per person.
Balmoral:
Ancient Wonders of Turkey, Greece and Egypt fly-cruise (November 23, 2027)
This 12-night fly-cruise departs from Piraeus, Greece, with flights from London or Manchester, and visits destinations including Athens, Istanbul and Alexandria. Prices start from £1,149 per person.
Borealis:
Hamburg Christmas Markets and Honfleur cruise (December 17, 2027)
Sailing roundtrip from Southampton, this five-night cruise visits Honfleur, France and Hamburg, Germany before returning to Southampton. Prices start from £499 per person.
Guests who book by July 16, 2026 (inclusive) can take advantage of Fred. Olsen’s Freedom Fare Price Promise.
This means booking a Freedom Fare within the first four weeks of a cruise going on sale gets them either a cabin upgrade or onboard spending credit if an equivalent cabin is later reduced in price.
Solo travelers can also take advantage of no single supplements on solo cabins during this period.
