Pearl Seas Cruises is kicking off its 2026 cruise season this week, according to a statement.
“We are so pleased to begin our 12th season cruising the Great Lakes aboard Pearl Mist. Our crew is the most seasoned team in the region, and their years of experience enhances each of our itineraries on the Lakes immeasurably for our guests,” said Carter Robertson, president of Pearl Seas Cruises.
The first departure is on May 7 for the 15-night Canadian Maritimes & St. Lawrence Seaway cruise from Portland, Maine to Toronto, Ontario.
The second follows on May 22, the 11-night Great Lakes & Georgian Bay itinerary from Toronto, ON, to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, marking the beginning of the company’s Great Lakes season.
This year, the company has four different itineraries on the Great Lakes, including the 14-night Great Lakes Explorer voyage (from Toronto to Duluth, Minnesota) sailing all five Lakes in a single journey.
The company noted that its summer cruises on the Great Lakes and spring and fall itineraries throughout the Canadian Maritimes and New England are essentially sold out for 2026, while 2027 and 2028 are filling up fast.
Additionally, Pearl Seas announced a brand-new eight-night Prince Edward Island & Maine Coast cruise (from Charlottetown, PEI, to Portland, ME), scheduled to start operation in 2028.
