MSC Cruises unveiled its AI-powered assistant, MSC Concierge.

The complimentary service is available 24/7, allowing guests to make requests and ask questions in more than 90 languages through the MSC for Me mobile app.

It is available on the majority of MSC ships, with fleetwide coverage to follow by the end of May, the cruise line said in a press release.

“We are dedicated to offering our guests the ultimate holiday experience across every touchpoint of their cruise. Combining the latest technology with the warm hospitality of our crew, we are enabling guests to personalize their journey like never before, to create an experience which is truly theirs,” noted MSC Cruises CEO Gianni Onorato.

“MSC Concierge allows guests to access the information they need instantly, and make service requests from the comfort of their cabin or sun lounger, giving them more freedom to enjoy their time on board, discover new experiences, and make the most of every moment at sea.”

The assistant provides answers to guests’ questions about the cruise, enables them to request services, book restaurants and shore excursions, spa treatments, and more.

Guests can access it by connecting to the ship’s Wi-Fi.

The tool is now available on the World Europa, Fantasia, Euribia, World America, Virtuosa, Seascape, Seashore, Meraviglia, Orchestra, Seaside, Poesia, Musica, Lirica, Grandiosa, Armonia, Divina, Sinfonia, Bellissima and Splendida.
