National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has launched a Travel Advisor Resource Hub, a centralized platform with resources for sales partners.
Designed to simplify how travel advisors do business with the brand, the hub brings together toolkits, digital assets and training materials, as well as latest news and direct access to the sales team, among other things.
In a press release, the cruise line said this marks a significant step forward in optimizing advisor workflows that focus on sales empowerment.
“Travel advisors are instrumental to our business, helping connect curious travelers with extraordinary, life-changing expeditions, and we want to make it easier for them to do just that,” said Kathi Riddle, senior vice president, chief sales officer of Lindblad Expeditions.
“The Travel Advisor Resource Hub will serve as a resource to empower our trusted partners, bringing the best tools and assets into one seamless user journey.”
As part of Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, the cruise line is also offering up to 5 percent bonus commission on new bookings deposited through May 31, 2026.
“By centralizing everything in one place, we’re helping advisors save time, stay informed, and focus on what they do best: creating meaningful travel experiences for their clients. This is part of a broader strategic effort to create a more thoughtful, seamless, and rewarding partner experience,” added Riddle.
