Crystal is adding a new Wellness at Sea Retreat aboard the Crystal Serenity, sailing roundtrip from Lisbon Oct. 11–17, 2026.
The voyage will mark the debut at sea of Sanctum, a music-led movement practice that combines high-intensity training, breathwork and meditative movement into an immersive experience.
Crystal said in a statement that the retreat will be guided by a team of wellness practitioners, including Dalila Roglieri, Dr. Massimo Spattini, Eva Estlander and Vanessa Schummelfeder.
“Sanctum was created as a cathartic, music-driven ritual that brings together intensity and stillness in a single, immersive format,” said Sanctum CEO Gab Olszewski.
“In just under an hour, we blend movement, breathwork and meditative practices to help participants disconnect from external noise and reconnect with themselves. We are thrilled to introduce this energy to the high seas for the first time with Crystal.”
The seven-day sailing calls at Portimão, Casablanca, Agadir and Arrecife.
It will be complemented by shore experiences designed with a wellness focus in mind, for example Portimão’s Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, or guided hiking experiences in Arrecife.
The voyage will include daily movement sessions, yoga practices, guided sound healing experiences, nutrition consultations and interactive sensory workshops, among other things.
Two 55-minute Sanctum sessions will also be available at an additional fee of $100, delivered as a guided, music-driven ritual experienced through wireless headphones.
“At Crystal, wellness is not an amenity, it is a philosophy woven into the guest journey. The addition of this retreat reflects the growing desire among our guests for programming that is both aspirational and deeply meaningful.
“With the Sanctum experience, this voyage delivers a truly elevated approach to well-being at sea,” noted Dalila Roglieri, Crystal’s wellness ambassador.
