Aros Marine has announced its expansion through three focused divisions: Refurb, Newbuilds and Technical.

The company said that the expansion will see it grow into something broader, stronger and more specialized, and that it will be “navigating increasingly complex maritime projects across the world.”

“This transformation is not about changing who we are. It is about presenting our capabilities more clearly,” the company said in a LinkedIn post.

“From large-scale refurbishments and complex newbuild outfitting to technical solutions delivered across multiple regions simultaneously — our work today spans far beyond a single definition,” the post added.

CEO Giedrius Valainis said in the post’s video that growth is not only about becoming larger; it is about “becoming clearer, more capable and better prepared for what comes next.”

“All in the past few years, we have seen something remarkable in the cruise industry: real, sustained growth … and not just across the market but within our own organization as well,” Valainis said.

“In fact, we have nearly doubled, and recently, we have passed the 100 million turnover mark … there is something powerful in creating something that brings people together across the oceans and cultures,” he added.

Valainis explained that the company is taking growth seriously, investing in people and infrastructure and that it has reorganized to be faster, more focused and better aligned with where the industry is going. Aros is also expanding internationally.

“The demand is there, the momentum is real, and we are committed to growing in a way that is responsible, sustainable and people-driven. Growth only matters if it creates lasting value, and that is exactly what we aim to do,” Valainis said.
