Andy Saporito has joined TradeLaneTalent (TLT), an executive recruiting agency focused on the maritime, logistics transportation and supply chain sectors, as strategic advisor.

He will work with the agency’s leadership to support its expansion and strengthen relationships across the maritime, port, transportation and logistics sectors, according to a press release.

“I’m excited to join TradeLaneTalent after spending my career leading and supporting complex port and terminal operations,” said Saporito.

“What attracted me to TLT is the agency’s practitioner led approach and deep understanding of the industry. We understand the challenges our clients face because we’ve operated within these environments ourselves.”

Saporito brings more than 40 years of executive leadership experience across the port, maritime, transportation and supply chain sectors.

He was deputy port director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and executive director & CEO of the South Jersey Port Corporation.

During that time, he oversaw port operations, marine terminal redevelopment initiatives, strategic planning, infrastructure investment and commercial growth, among other things.
