Urban One media company is partnering with Virgin Voyages to bring its ONE Voyage Experience cruise onboard the Resilient Lady.
Described as a reimagined evolution of the Fantastic Voyage, the 2026 sailing taking place from Oct. 26 to Nov. 1, will depart from Miami and call at Nassau, Bahamas and the Beach Club at Bimini.
Radio host and comedian Rickey Smiley will host this year’s voyage, according to a press release.
“For 25 years, this cruise has been about more than entertainment—it’s about community and impact,” said Alfred Liggins, president & CEO of Urban One. “With ONE Voyage and our partnership with UNCF, we’re expanding that impact and investing in the next generation of leaders.”
The company said the original cruise blended entertainment with meaningful impact, and ONE Voyage will now shape the next chapter of this story.
A new partnership with UNCF (United Negro College Fund), aimed at supporting students attending historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), was also announced.
“This partnership demonstrates the power of education and helps to transform lives,” added Maurice E. Jenkins, Jr., executive vice president and chief development officer, UNCF.
