The acquisition allows MariApps to increase the scale of development of next-generation maritime tools and incorporate supply chain functionalities into its market-leading smartPAL suite.

Prior to the acquisition, MariApps and EffiaSoft worked closely on several areas including MariApps’ cruisePAL development and travel solutions for the maritime industry.
