Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has unveiled new pre- and post-cruise programs for voyages from fall 2027 through early 2029, the company announced in a press release.
The programs are designed to enhance selected itineraries, allowing guests to extend their journey before or after their cruise.
The programs range from guided city tours and nature-focused excursions to private hotel stays and fully customized itineraries.
A dedicated concierge team is also available to create bespoke arrangements based on individual preferences.
The programs are available across the fleet, including the EUROPA, the EUROPA 2, and the expedition ships the HANSEATIC nature, the HANSEATIC inspiration, and the HANSEATIC spirit.
Guided programs are designed for guests who enjoy shared experiences in small groups.
These include city tours in destinations like Lisbon, Rio and Tokyo, cultural and scenic excursions, and active options such as hiking, cycling or kayaking.
Accommodation is provided in premium hotels or unique lodges.
Private programs are designed for more independent travelers and include pre-arranged hotel stays, airport and ship transfers, and flexible itineraries for couples, families or small groups.
Tailor-made experiences are the most personalized option, created by the concierge team.
These include fully customized itineraries, private multi-day tours or stopovers, and experiences built around guests’ specific interests, timing and preferences.
