Spruced Up Carnival Dream Heads Back to Texas

Carnival Dream

The upgraded Carnival Dream is returning to Galveston following a 16-day drydock in Marseille, according to a statement.

The ship is scheduled to reach its Galveston homeport on April 5 after it completes a transatlantic journey sailing from Barcelona with calls to Alicante, Málaga and Gibraltar.

Several spaces onboard have been refreshed, including retail areas such as Effy Jewelry and the casino, which has been modernized with a new layout.

Dreams Studio, where guests can capture professional photos and a Carnival Adventures Store for booking shore excursions have also been added.

Once back home, the ship will resume its schedule of short cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean, featuring calls to Celebration Key on Grand Bahama.
