Phoenix Reisen has announced a series of summer sailings aboard the Artania celebrating the German TV series starring the ship, Verrückt nach Meer (crazy about the sea), and special theme cruises.
A Verrückt nach Meer cruise will kick off the summer season with many of the participating stars from the TV series onboard including Captain Morten Hansen, celebrity chefs Roberta Rogosie and Fritz Pichler, as well as Phoenix Reisen executives.
The German band Höhner will be featured on another summer sailing to the Norwegian fjords, calling at Bergen, Kristiansund, Trondheim, Nordfjordeid, and Eidfjord. Promising to deliver what the German tour and cruise operator calls a feast for both the eyes and the ears, the band is popular in Germany and said to be known for its Cologne-style of music.
Other German performers will join the Artania in June, hosting charity events in partnership with “Fly & Help,” including Mary Roos, Patrick Linder and Michael Holm.
Additional music-theme cruises will be offered aboard the Amadea with the Bremen Philharmonic orchestra and with the Beethoven Orchestra of Bonn sailing aboard the Amera in 2027.
