AIDA Honors Sales Partners with Annual Smiling Star Awards

AIDA Cruises presented this year’s AIDA Smiling Star Awards to selected sales partners onboard the AIDAbella on March 12.

The ship resumed service in Palma de Mallorca on March 11 following a seven-week drydock.

In a press release, the company said the award recognizes selected sales partners in 12 categories for outstanding achievements.

“This special award voyage creates space for in-depth exchange, recognition and new ideas – and is therefore a visible sign of appreciation for the daily work within our diverse agency landscape,” said Uwe Mohr, VP sales at AIDA Cruises.

“We warmly congratulate all the award winners and look forward to continuing to develop our successful collaboration together in the future.”

In addition to awards in the Premium, New Customer Acquisition and Best Digital Partnership categories, this year also saw the first awards for the most beautiful shop window, the most attractive trade fair stand and for social media activities.

The award winners had the opportunity to explore the modernized ship and enjoy its Rossini gourmet restaurant.
