Aqua Expeditions Adopts cruisePAL’s Reservations System

Aqua Mare

cruisePAL announced that a long-standing customer, Aqua Expeditions, has migrated to its web-based central reservations system (CRS), cruisePAL CRS.

The company said in a press release that the new cruisePAL product suite represents a comprehensive range of digital solutions specifically designed for the cruise industry.

It is said to be the first-of-its-kind in the market, offering functionality tailored to all customer call center types.

“We truly appreciated the onsite support provided during the migration, along with the daily meetings and consistent check-ins that ensured everything stayed on track,” said Daria Galli Zugaro, global reservations manager at Aqua Expeditions.

“The collaboration, responsiveness, and dedication shown by the team played a key role in this transition and we are grateful for the partnership.”

According to the press release, cruisePAL CRS is a web-based, cloud-first platform, so there is no need for Windows client installation on user workstations.

Additionally, it can be accessed from anywhere, eliminating the need for local installations.
