MXP Showcases Revenue Potential with MXP365 Digital Guest Journey

MXP has showcased the MXP365 Digital Guest Journey, which offers guests personalized recommendations powered by MXP AI.

The development of the MXP AI Sales Recommendations Engine is the result of five years of work by the MXP AI team, the company said in a press release.

Proprietary algorithms developed specifically for the requirements of the cruise industry are superior to commonly used LLMs like OpenAI or Gemini, MXP added.

According to the press release, MXP365 AI combines the guest profile, preferences and purchases with the availability of onboard services and products, and guests receive recommendations for their preferred onboard activities.

Personalized recommendations are made across all MXP365 touchpoints, including the MXP365 guest app, web portal, and the industry’s most advanced iTV.
