MXP: 8 Cruise Companies Sign for MXP365 in 12 Months

MXP announced in a press release that within the past 12 months eight cruise lines have signed up for its MXP365 digital guest journey.

The cloud-based web and mobile MXP365 software covers the digital guest journey from pre-cruise to onboard and post-cruise.

One of the cruise companies that MXP has partnered with is TUI Cruises.

According to the company, the benefits of the product include the following:

  • Fast implementation and a favorable ROI
  • Service through a native app for smartphones, a web portal, digital signage, an advanced in-cabin iTV, self-service kiosks, chat and messaging
  • An AI-powered chatbot, allowing guests to ask questions, make purchases and access information using natural speech
  • The delivery of personalized sales recommendations, enriching the guest experience and increasing revenue as the product analyzes guest profiles and past behavior, and
  • A seamless integration with the MXP Enterprise Platform, connecting all guest touchpoints with core operational systems.

 

MXP added that its Enterprise Platform is built on an agile architecture, evolving through continuous modular expansion, and that its offering is supported by a team with deep experience in the cruise industry.
