Swan Hellenic has announced the expansion of its North American Sales Team, reinforcing its commitment to supporting travel partners and strengthening its regional presence.

The company said in a press release that Jonathan Cerreta and Kimberly Rhodes are joining the team, bringing deep industry experience and proven track records in luxury and experiential travel.

According to the company, they will further enhance Swan Hellenic’s relationships and reach throughout North America.

“We are thrilled to welcome Cerreta and Rhodes to the Swan Hellenic family,” said Lisette Martinez, senior director for North America sales.

“Their extensive experience, passion for the industry and commitment to partnership perfectly align with our mission to deliver exceptional service and authentic expedition cruise experiences across North America,” added Martinez.

Cerreta has been appointed as sales director for Northern California, the Northwest U.S., and Canada. Cerreta brings over a decade of success in the travel and cruise industry, having most recently served as director of sales for Crystal Cruises, where he played a role in the brand’s relaunch and expansion across the West Coast.

His previous roles include senior sales leadership positions with Club Med, Collette and Avoya Travel, where he exceeded sales goals, revitalized agency partnerships and drove double-digit market growth.

Rhodes joins Swan Hellenic as the business development manager for the East U.S. (excluding Florida). Based in Florida, Rhodes brings extensive experience in luxury sales and account management, most recently as business development manager for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

In her role, she built long-term relationships with top travel advisors and consortia partners.

Her earlier career includes key roles at Hotwire Communications, Technology Sales Consulting and AT&T, where she honed her expertise in relationship management, strategic marketing and business growth.

The company added that Rhodes’s strong communication skills and consultative approach make her a valuable addition to the Swan Hellenic sales organization.

The North American sales team, led by Martinez, also includes:

• Eric Bacon, sales director for Southern California and Southwest U.S.
• Kelly Predmesky, director of national and key accounts, and
• Preston Caddell, ales director for Central U.S.
