Prince Rupert Cruise Port Marks Record-Breaking Season

Prince Rupert Cruise Port announced it had welcomed 68,433 guests for the 2025 cruise season, making it a record year, the port said in a press release.

“This has been a truly outstanding year for Prince Rupert’s cruise sector. Our community came together to deliver unforgettable experiences. The positive response from guests has been inspiring. As we look ahead to welcoming even more visitors next season, the sense of pride and collaboration across our community has never been stronger,” said Steve Finnigan, Prince Rupert Cruise Port general manager.

Port calls included Royal Caribbean for the first time with the Serenade of the Seas as well as Holland America Line’s Noordam.

When looking toward the future, 2026 is also looking to be a big year for the Prince Rupert Cruise Port. The current forecast projects that the cruise will see more than 150,000 passengers.

Additionally, the port will welcome Virgin Voyages for the first time, with 11 calls scheduled for 2026.
