The tour operator for cruise ship passenger services, which is part of Alsa group in Spain and the wider Mobico Group, said that the award recognizes its work and is a testiment to the team at Cruise Services.
The company added that it is an honour to be awarded with the prestigious award for the shore excursions offered to MSC guests, who have rated the company’s shore experiences at a high level.
The awards ceremony was held onboard the World Europa, docked in the port of Barcelona.
Marialuisa Laccarino, VP of shore excursions at MSC Cruises, along with the captain and the hotel manager of the World Europa, presented the award to Mark Robinson, managing director of BC Cruise Services.
