Zenko International and HF Interior have announced their strategic integration to deliver a unified and full marine interior service from concept to execution.
The companies said in a press release that their integration will offer shipyards, shipowners, operators and designers a single, trusted partner for interior needs with one team managing the entire process.
“This strategic alliance allows us to offer clients comprehensive services under one roof, ensuring efficiency and clear communication throughout every stage of the project,” said Vadim Piazenko, CEO of Zenko International.

According to the press release, both companies will maintain their existing leadership structures while combining their resources, expertise and operational processes.
This decision eliminates the complexity of managing multiple suppliers, resulting in projects that are delivered on time and within budget.
