Poseidon Expeditions has opened reservations for its 2026 Arctic and 2026-27 Antarctic cruise seasons.
This will be the company’s 12th consecutive year of polar expeditions aboard the Sea Spirit.
The 2026 Arctic season highlights include a sightseeing tour of Longyearbyen, Svalbard, available for all cruises ending there, and a special solar eclipse expedition (Aug. 2-15, 2026) hosted by astrophysicist Paul Sutter.
Early Bird discounts are available for bookings made by June 30, 2025: 10 percent off Triple, Main Deck, Single and Classic Suites; 15 percent off Superior, Deluxe, Premium and Owner’s Suites.
The 2026-27 Antarctic season highlights include an extended austral summer season, now lasting through April, allowing more time to explore South Georgia Island’s landscapes and wildlife. Shore landings offer opportunities for guide-led walks, photography workshops and optional sea kayaking. Overnight camping on the Antarctic Peninsula is available upon request.
