Marella Cruises has announced that January was its best sales performance month ever.

“We are incredibly proud of our team’s hard work and dedication, which have contributed to these outstanding results,” said Chris Hackney, managing director of Marella Cruises.

“Our focus on delivering unforgettable cruise experiences continues to resonate with both our trade partners and direct customers,” added Hackney.

The company said in a statement that January trade booking numbers surged by strong double-digit growth, while direct also saw substantial growth.

Marella added that the achievement underscores its commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and value, and its itineraries, customer service and strategic partnerships have contributed to its success.

It also credited the achievement to the support and collaboration with the trade community.

The company added that the increase in trade bookings highlights the relationships that it has built with travel agent partners.

In addition to trade sales, direct sales have also shown growth. According to the press release, the booking platform and targeted marketing campaigns have made it easier for customers to plan and book cruise holidays.
