Fincantieri has announced that it has been recognized as a top employer in Italy for the fourth consecutive year.

The company said that the recognition acknowledges its human resource policies and strategies, as well as its initiatives to enhance employees well-being, improve the work environment and contribute to the development of the labor market.

The recognition was awarded by the Top Employers Institute and is granted to companies meeting rigorous standards of HR best practices.

Fincantieri stated further that the achievement reaffirms its continuous improvement, with a 5-percentage point increase in its score from last year and a 16-point increase since its first certification in 2022.

The different criteria considered for the award include diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, people strategy, employer branding, purpose and value and listening to employees, according to Fincantieri.

All of these criteria are said to be supported by internal company programs aimed at building a cohesive, equitable and future-focused workplace.
