JRE Chef Heribert Dietrich will showcase his culinary skills aboard Swan Hellenic’s SH Diana during a 10-day voyage from May 12 to 21, 2025. The journey departs from Lisbon, Portugal, and ends in Portsmouth, England.
Titled The Atlantic Legacy, this special voyage combines Chef Dietrich’s signature cuisine with the exploration of coastal cultures and traditions.
Guests will enjoy a Gala Dinner with Chef Dietrich’s specially curated menu, blending local ingredients with modern culinary techniques. A live cooking show will offer an opportunity to witness Chef Dietrich’s artistry and hear insights into his passion for cuisine. Travelers will also explore local culinary traditions and wine-making heritage through gastronomic excursions, guided by Chef Dietrich.
The itinerary explores ports along the Portuguese, Spanish and French Atlantic coasts, ending in Portsmouth. Highlights include the Jerónimos Monastery in Lisbon, Saint-Malo’s medieval streets, Santander’s landscapes, Bilbao’s Guggenheim Museum and Mont Saint-Michel.
