Universal Marine Medical Supply International (Unimed) has expanded its senior management team, appointing Adam Pang as chief revenue officer (CRO) and Chris LaGullo as chief operating officer (COO), according to a press release.
With decades of leadership experience, these additions will help advance Unimed’s mission to enhance healthcare solutions in the maritime industry, the company said in a statement.

Pang brings over 20 years of leadership experience in revenue growth and digital transformation. Previously, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Lloyd’s Register, where he helped expand market presence and digital capabilities following the acquisition of OneOcean. At Unimed, he will use technology and data insights to drive sales, improve customer engagement and support long-term growth.
LaGullo joins Unimed with 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics. He served as Vice President of Americas Logistics at Marken, where he improved efficiency and service delivery through lean operational processes and training initiatives. At Unimed, he will be in charge of enhancing global operations, performance and service innovation.
