Riverside Luxury Cruises announced an online education platform to help travel advisors become certified experts in the brand’s river cruise offerings.

According to the company, certified advisors will qualify for special travel agent rates on FAM trips, and those completing the course by January 31, 2025, will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.

Short videos in each module allow them to go deeper, hearing from key crew members and taking virtual tours of the ships.”

The six-part multimedia course is suitable for all advisor experience levels and covers Riverside’s brand, history, destinations, onboard experience, shore excursions, booking procedures and marketing strategies. Each module concludes with a short quiz reinforcing key selling points. Advisors who complete the course will enjoy an 18 percent commission paid monthly, in addition to special rates on FAM trips.
