HX has announced its new HX Signature Cocktail Range, featuring 14 cocktails inspired by its pole-to-pole voyages.

The new cocktail menu will be included at no extra cost for all suite guests while others can purchase the cocktails from the bar.

HX loyalty members will enjoy a complimentary cocktail called “The Melonberry Sour (pictured),” inspired by watermelon berries from Alaska. The company said more details will be available later this month when the loyalty program is revealed.

New cocktails include the “Dusk till Dawn,” designed to support the HX Foundation. For each purchase, €1 will be donated to the foundation, which supports marine conservation and other causes. The cocktail features Norwegian cloudberries and is inspired by an Antarctic sunset.

“We believe that adventure travel should also be about trying new flavors and tastes onboard our ships. Our new cocktail range reflects that philosophy,” said Stefan Engl, vice president of hotel operations at HX. “Our guests can indulge in these unique flavors while connecting with the world around them. We can’t wait for everyone to try our amazing new cocktails. Whether you’re in a suite or enjoying a casual night at the bar, our Signature Cocktail Range is sure to elevate your journey.”

HX bar staff underwent specialized training at the OSM Academy in Manila, followed by onboard sessions with mixologists Oliver Singh and Andrey Bartlett from The Local in Hamburg, who collaborated with the HX operational team to craft the 14 cocktails.
