Celestyal is introducing a new trade portal to support travel agents and a refreshed website, according to a press release
Launched on December 10, the new portal will incorporate a learning platform called “Celestyal Campus,” which will offer training modules on brand overview, onboard life, itineraries, shore excursions and sales growth strategies. Agents earn stars by completing modules and unlocking exclusive benefits.
The portal also includes a central location for marketing materials and the latest offers. Agents can register at CelestyalCompass.com.
Tim Locke, director of e-commerce at Celestyal, said: “The launch of ‘The Celestyal Compass’ is a milestone moment in both our digital and trade strategy. It includes everything that agent partners – who we are calling our ‘Celestyal Navigators’ – need to learn about our ships and the onboard experience, itineraries and much more, all at their fingertips in an easy-to-use platform. And, by launching in time for wave, we’re giving agents the best possible chance of boosting their sales during this key time of year.”
Additionally, the company has unveiled a new consumer website to boost its digital presence. The new site features an improved homepage that guides visitors through a destination hub, with easy access to itineraries. Users can explore the refined itinerary search tool providing tailored results, while the AI-powered CelestyalPay option allows guests to pre-purchase specialty food and drinks based on predicted consumption, earning bonus amounts.
Lee Haslett, chief commercial officer at Celestyal, said: “As a challenger brand, we’ve made some bold moves in recent times, and our new trade portal and website are no different. They represent the next chapter in our digital strategy, as we look to supercharge our online offering. The website features an intuitive experience that is rich in storytelling to allow our guests to immerse themselves in our itineraries from the very start.”
