Ambassador Cruise Line has introduced two new offerings for guests to enhance the holiday experience, alongside a special onboard event with meteorologist Laura Tobin, according to a press release.
The new products include an exclusive gin and personalized cruise maps that capture the exact route of each sailing.
In partnership with Summerhill Distillery, the line is launching its traditional gin, available on the Ambience and Ambition from December. Made with over 16 botanicals, including juniper, cloves and blood orange, the gin highlights Scottish craftsmanship and local flavors. With only 225 bottles available per ship, the gin is priced at £29.95 for a 70cl bottle and can be purchased at the reception desk onboard.
Additionally, Ambassador has teamed up with The Cruise Maps to offer guests personalized maps of their sailing. The bespoke maps, created using AIS satellite tracking, capture the exact route taken during the voyage. Available in digital, satellite or Ambassador Cruise Line versions, prices for the maps start at £30.00.
The company also invited guests to join meteorologist and TV presenter Laura Tobin on the 14-night “Norway’s Land of the Northern Lights” sailing, departing from London on February 23, 2025. The sailing will feature two “In Conversation With…” sessions, where Tobin will share insights from her career, as well as a Q&A and meet-and-greet. Throughout the sailing, she will also discuss the science behind the Northern Lights as guests explore Norway’s fjords and coastal towns.
Prices for the special voyage range from £799 to £1,189 per person based on double occupancy, depending on the chosen package.
